3. Adjust the implementation requirements of compulsory product certification
Products that are subject to the compulsory product certification self-declaration evaluation method can only adopt the self-declaration evaluation method and no longer issue compulsory product certification certificates. The enterprise shall complete the self-evaluation according to the requirements of the "Implementation Rules for Self-declaration of Compulsory Product Certification", and submit the product conformity information in the "self-declaration conformity information reporting system" (http://sdoc.cnca.cn) Only after the mandatory product certification mark is applied can it be shipped, sold, imported or used in other business activities. After the product compliance information is submitted successfully, the system generates a "compulsory certification product conformity self-declaration" as if it had obtained a compulsory product certification, and the follow-up supervision and management requirements are the same.
Regarding the Announcement of the CNCA on the Reform and Adjustment of the Compulsory Product Certification Catalog and Implementation Methods (Announcement No. 11 of 2018), and the `` Market Regulation and Regulatory Commission on the Further Implementation of the Compulsory Product Certification Catalog and Implementation Method Reform Announcement (Announcement No. 29 of 2018) and the products with self-declaration evaluation methods issued by this announcement (for a summary product list, see Annex 2), before December 31, 2019, companies can voluntarily choose the third-party certification method or self-declaration Evaluation method, encourage enterprises to adopt self-declaration evaluation method; from January 1, 2020, only self-declaration evaluation method can be used, and no compulsory product certification is issued; before October 31, 2020, compulsory product certification is still held Certificate companies should complete the conversion in accordance with the above self-declaration evaluation method implementation requirements and promptly go through the procedures for canceling the corresponding mandatory product certification certificate; on November 1, 2020, the designated certification body should cancel all mandatory products that apply self-declaration evaluation method products The certification certificate can be converted into a voluntary product certification certificate according to the wishes of the enterprise; Cancel the designated business scope of the relevant certification body.
