Notice on the revision of the implementation rules for the certification of explosion-proof electrical products

The China Quality Certification Center has recently revised the relevant contents of explosion-proof motors in CQC-C2301-2019 "Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification: Explosion-proof Electrics". The revised contents and implementation requirements are hereby notified as follows:

1. Main revised content

1. Modify the center high/power section division of explosion-proof motors in Table 1-1;

2. Modify the factory identification code of explosion-proof motors in Table 6-1;

3. Revise the relevant content of explosion-proof motors in the principle of unit division in Appendix A;

4. Modify the relevant content of the explosion-proof motor in Appendix B Sample Delivery Principles.

2. Implementation requirements

This detailed regulation only revised the relevant content of explosion-proof motors, and did not involve the content of other general parts of the product.

This revision of the rules does not involve the conversion of issued CCC certificates.

Notice on the version change of the low-voltage static reactive power generating device according to the standard

Low-voltage static reactive power generating device certification (item subclass number: 020018) According to the standard DL/T 1216-2013 "Technical Specification for Static Synchronous Compensation Devices for Distribution Networks", the version is changed to DL/T 1216-2019 "Low-voltage static reactive power generating devices" specifications". To this end, China Quality Certification Center (English abbreviation CQC) revised CQC13-461295-2014 "Regulations for the Certification of Static Synchronous Compensation Devices for Distribution Networks", and the revised rules are CQC13-461295-2020 "Certification Rules for Low-Voltage Static Var Generators" ,Requirements are as follows:

1. The main amendments to the rules

1. The name of the rule is changed from "Certification Rules for Static Synchronous Compensation Devices for Distribution Networks" to "Certification Rules for Low-Voltage Static Var Generators";

2. The scope of application is changed from "Static Synchronous Compensation Device for Distribution Network Used for Improving Power Factor and Power Quality of Distribution Network Connected in AC Power System with Frequency 50Hz, Rated Voltage 35kV and Below in Parallel" to "Rated Voltage 1kV and Below Static reactive power generating device";

3. Delete the content of certification rules above 1kV;

4. The certification standard was revised to DL/T 1216-2019 "Technical Specifications for Low-Voltage Static Reactive Power Generators".

2. Implementation requirements

Starting from September 22, 2020, CQC began to use the new version of the rules to accept certification applications for this product, and companies can submit certification applications through the CQC website; for certificate holders that have been issued, log in to the CQC certification system to apply for a standard change based on the new version. After the standard is confirmed, the new version of the standard certification certificate will be issued. The conversion of the old version of the standard certification certificate should be completed before September 30, 2021. If the certificate conversion is not completed within the time limit, the old version of the standard certification certificate will be suspended; it has not been completed before December 31, 2021 For certificate conversion work, the old standard certification certificate shall be revoked.

Notice on the revision of the implementation rules for compulsory product certification of audio and video equipment, information technology equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment

CQC-C0801-2016 "Compulsory Product Certification Implementation Rules Audio and Video Equipment", CQC-C0901-2016 "Compulsory Product Certification Implementation Rules Information Technology Equipment" and CQC-C1601-2016 "Compulsory Product Certification Implementation Rules" The "Detailed Telecommunications Terminal Equipment" has been revised, and the revised content and implementation requirements are now notified as follows:

1. Main revised content:

(1) CQC-C0801-2016

According to the Announcement No. 44 of the State Administration for Market Regulation of 2019, the compulsory product certification will no longer be implemented for tuning receivers, radios, and monitors of various broadcast bands, and the corresponding chapters in these rules will be updated.

(Two) CQC-C0901-2016

According to the Joint Announcement No. 29 of 2018 by the General Administration of Market Supervision and CNCA, the copier products are no longer subject to compulsory product certification, and the corresponding chapters in these rules will be updated.

(3) CQC-C1601-2016

1. According to the Announcement No. 44 of the State Administration for Market Regulation of 2019, fixed telephone terminals, telephone additional devices, and PBX products are no longer subject to mandatory product certification, and the corresponding chapters in these rules will be updated. And YD/T993 is no longer used as the basis for compulsory product certification.

2. According to the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Announcement No. 20 of 2020, YD/T2583.18 is added as the electromagnetic compatibility standard for 5G mobile user terminal CCC certification. 2. Implementation requirements:

This revision of the rules involves the removal of five subcategories of the original CCC catalog products, and CQC has adjusted related businesses. For details, please refer to "About some products that are no longer subject to compulsory product certification management involving the processing of certification certificates and related business adjustment "Notice" and "Notice on Carrying out CQC Certification for Products in Announcement No. 44 of 2019 of the State Administration for Market Regulation."

5G mobile user terminals shall implement CCC certification in accordance with the "Announcement on the Implementation of Compulsory Product Certification for 5G Mobile User Terminals".
