Ningxia spot checks 21 batches of unqualified cable products, these cable companies are on the black list

According to the report on the results of the 2020 electrical and fire-fighting product quality supervision spot check published on the website of the Market Supervision and Administration Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on November 18, 2020, 21 batches of wire and cable products were unqualified.
The types of electrical product spot checks include high and low voltage switchgear, wires and cables, civil switch sockets, etc. The inspection is based on GB/T7251.3-2017 "Low voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB/T2099.1-2008 "Household and 15 product standards such as plugs and sockets for similar purposes, GB/T5023.1-2008, PVC insulated cables with rated voltages up to and including 450/750V. In the areas of production and circulation, a "double random" method is adopted to determine the objects of random inspection. A total of 132 batches of electrical products were spot-checked, 111 batches were qualified, and 21 batches were unqualified. The unqualified discovery rate was 15.9%. Among them, there are 93 batches of wires and cables, 72 batches of qualified, 21 batches of unqualified, and the unqualified discovery rate is 22.58%; 35 batches of switch sockets, 35 batches of qualified; 4 batches of high and low voltage switchgear sets, 4 batches of qualified .
The types of fire products inspections include portable fire extinguishers, push-pull fire extinguishers, fire hoses, fire hoses, fire hoses, etc. The inspection is based on GB4351.1-2005 "Portable Fire Extinguishers", GB6246-2011 "Fire Hose", GB8181 -2005 "Fire Water Gun", GB12514.1-2005 "Fire Interface" and other product standards. In the circulation field, a "double random" method is adopted to determine the subjects of random inspection. A total of 100 batches of fire-fighting products were spot-checked, including 18 batches of portable dry powder fire extinguishers, 22 batches of trolley-type fire extinguishers, 20 batches of fire hoses, 20 batches of fire hoses, 20 batches of fire (internal button) connectors, and random inspections The results are all qualified.
The unqualified products in this sampling are concentrated on wires and cables. The unqualified items are mainly product identification, conductor resistance (20℃), average insulation thickness, thinnest insulation thickness, average sheath thickness, and thinnest sheath thickness. Average outer diameter or overall dimensions, insulation tensile strength before aging, sheath thermal extension test, insulation thermal extension test, unqualified items directly affect the performance and use safety of the product.
