On December 26, the reporter learned from the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Bureau Bao'an Supervision Bureau (hereinafter referred to as "Bao'an Market Supervision Bureau") that the Baoan Market Supervision Bureau recently discovered that it has received an increase in complaints and reports involving illegal activities involving compulsory certification products. To this end, on December 25, the Baoan Market Supervision Bureau launched a special rectification action for "sweeping the streets" compulsory certification products.


It is understood that this "sweeping operation" covers ten streets in Bao'an, with business entities at all levels. According to the relevant person in charge, the compulsory certification products are mostly civil electrical appliances, children's toys and other products, which are closely related to the lives of the people. Bao'an Market Supervision Administration attaches great importance to warning information, in order to protect the lives and property safety of citizens, regulate the operation of compulsory certification products, provide legal business services for enterprises, reduce the trouble of complaints and reports to operators, and liaise with special classes for large enterprises. Door-to-door service, market analysis and policy announcements; special services, centralized rectification, and standardization for small and medium-sized enterprises and the majority of self-employed households.



At the same time, the action will uniformly handle the recent centralized complaints and reports involving compulsory certification products provided by the Baoan Pilot Special Class of the Big Market Complaint, Report, Mediation and Handling Center, and quickly resolve existing safety hazards; compulsory certification for more than 2 sales in each street Carry out surprise inspections in concentrated areas of products, focusing on inspections of warehouses, wholesale departments, and suppliers of products that are closely connected with the people’s lives, such as lamps, power sockets, and household appliances, to conduct risk control. In the process of rectification, minor violations were guided and rectified on-site, serious violations were filed for investigation, and at the same time, the relevant laws and regulations of compulsory product certification were publicized to operators, and the "Publicity Manual on Compulsory Certification Products Warm Reminders" was issued to guide operations in accordance with laws and regulations; At the same time, collect information such as the name and address of the producer of common illegal products, and copy relevant illegal clues to the market supervision department where the manufacturer is located, sharing information and co-governance at the source.


This action handled a total of 101 complaints and reports, inspected the wholesale department, 124 sales stores, 57 sales companies, and 2 warehouses, investigated 72 batches of products without compulsory certification, and 2 batches of products that used compulsory certification. 58 batches of products marked with compulsory certification marks, 62 batches were ordered to be corrected, 86 cases were filed, and more than 800 publicity materials were issued.
