[Standard version change] Notice on the implementation of the new version of standards for the safety and electromagnetic compatibility certification of household and similar electrical appliances

GB4343.1-2018 "Electromagnetic Compatibility Requirements for Household Appliances, Power Tools and Similar Appliances Part 1: Emissions" standard (hereinafter referred to as "new version standard") has been released and will be implemented on June 1, 2020 From the date of implementation, it will replace the GB4343.1-2009 standard (hereinafter referred to as the "old standard").
To this end, our center revised CQC12-448100-2009 "General Principles of Household and Similar Electrical Appliance Safety and Electromagnetic Compatibility Certification", CQC64-448157-2014 "Air Purifier Safety and Electromagnetic Compatibility, Sterilization, Purification, Energy Saving, Environmental Protection Certification Rules ", CQC15-448103-2015" Electromagnetic Compatibility Certification Rules for Household and Similar Electrical Appliances "(see attached table for business categories), the revised content and related requirements are now notified as follows:
1. The revised content:
According to the standard, GB4343.1-2018 is replaced by GB4343.1-2018.
2. Implementation requirements:
(1) From now until May 31, 2020, applicants can voluntarily choose to apply for certification according to the new version standard or the old version standard; from June 1, 2020, our center will adopt the new version standard to implement certification and issue a new version standard certification .
(2) For products that have obtained voluntary certifications according to the old version standards, the holders of the old version certification certificates should submit an application for conversion of the new version certification certificates to the CQC after the implementation of the new standards and before the completion of the next tracking inspection, and press The new and old versions of the standard difference test project will carry out product testing, complete the product confirmation according to the new version of the standard, and renew the new version of the certification certificate.
(3) The conversion of the old standard certification certificate should be completed before June 1, 2021, and the certification certificate CQC that has not completed the conversion will be suspended; if the certificate conversion has not been completed before September 1, 2021, it will be revoked.
