Recently, the China Quality Certification Center issued a notice concerning the implementation rules for the certification of mandatory products for baby carriages and toys and the change of the certification rules for the endurance of civilian light and small-rotor drones. In addition, the China Quality Certification Center has opened a certification service for automotive brake linings. Details are as follows:

According to the Announcement of the CNCA on Issuing the Implementation Rules for the Compulsory Product Certification of Toys and Baby Carriage Products (Announcement No. 14 of 2020 by the CNCA), the new version of the Implementation Rules for the Compulsory Certification of Toys and Baby Carriage Products will be changed, and the Officially implemented from the date of release. The announcement also requires that, in order to cooperate with the effective implementation of the new version of the implementation rules, each relevant designated certification body should formulate implementation rules in accordance with the general implementation rules for mandatory product certification and the new version of the implementation rules.

Our center has formulated CQC-C2201-2020 "Compulsory Product Certification Implementation Rules for Baby Carriage Products" (see Annex 1) and CQC-C2202-2020 "Compulsory Product Certification Implementation Rules for Toys" (see Annex 2). release. From July 1, 2020, the rules will be officially implemented. Notice on the revision of the 039001 category civil light and small-rotor UAV endurance capability certification rules

Our center has recently revised the certification rules for the endurance performance of civil light and small-rotor drones. The rule number is CQC16-465316-2018; the application category is 039001.

The main revisions are as follows:

1. Add the clause "The battery pack energy and capacity are determined based on the technical requirements provided by the company, and generally not less than the corresponding nominal value in its product description";

2. Product description adds relevant flight performance parameters;

3. Modify the validity period of the certificate to five years;

4. New review requirements;

5. Adjusted some chapter numbers.

This revision does not involve changes to issued certificates. CQC Product Certification Division 3 has begun to use the revised rules to accept certification applications for the product. Notice regarding the opening of the certification business for automotive brake linings

China Quality Certification Center (hereinafter referred to as CQC), as the designated agency for CCC certification of automobile brake linings (CAC Announcement No. 13 of 2020), according to the "General Administration of Market Supervision on the transformation of automobile brake lining products from production license to mandatory The Announcement on Implementation Requirements for Product Certification Management (Announcement No. 19 in 2020) stipulates that from June 1, 2020, automotive brake linings will be included in the scope of CCC certification management, and related matters will be notified as follows:

1. Enterprises with valid production licenses

According to the Announcement No. 19 of 2020 of the General Administration of Market Supervision and the Announcement No. 12 of 2020 of the CNCA, from the date of this notice, companies that already have production licenses for automotive brake lining products can submit applications to CQC. Recognize the corresponding review and test results, and renew the CCC certification for products that meet the certification requirements.

Application path: China Quality Certification Center product certification business online bidding system (http://www.cqccms.com.cn/cqc/reg.LoginCtl.regLogin.do), log in using an existing account or follow the prompts to register a new user, log in After submitting a new application online (the remarks should indicate CCC certification for production license conversion).

Application submission materials: Applicants are required to submit a copy of the production license, a copy of the inspection report and other relevant materials in the "List of Documents Submitted to CQC".

2. Enterprises without valid production licenses and import enterprises

Starting from the date of this notice, enterprises and import enterprises that do not hold valid production licenses for automotive brake lining products can submit CCC certification applications to CQC, and provide relevant materials and samples in accordance with the requirements of the implementation rules and implementation rules to carry out products. After inspection and factory inspection, CCC certification will be issued after passing the evaluation.
