Since the requirements of the “Announcement of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Certification and Accreditation Administration on Issuing the Transition Period Arrangements for the Transfer of Motorcycle Passenger Helmets, Electric Blankets and Mopeds to Compulsory Product Certification Management” (No. 86 of 2017), November 1, 2017 After the announcement of the transition transition period from July 31, 2018, relevant companies have successively applied for CCC certification in accordance with the requirements. 2. Common unqualified situations:

A. Under the most unfavorable ambient temperature, both the control device and the cord switch should be adjusted to the highest setting position recommended for continuous use. The temperature should not exceed 60°C during the first hour of operation of the appliance, and thereafter the temperature should not exceed 37°C. If it exceeds, it is considered unqualified.

B. The electric blanket is immersed in NaCl solution for 1 hour, and 3000V breakdown is applied between the charged parts and the solution, which is unqualified.

C. Abnormal test, folding test, temperature rise exceeding the standard limit, fire, failure (after folding, the flexible part will stop working when it reaches a certain temperature).

D. The heating wire or internal wiring has 25,000 bending tests, and the core is disconnected or the insulation resistance is less than 1 MΩ, which is unqualified (it can work normally after passing the standard bending test).

E. There is no anti-wrinkle measures, and it is unqualified (using straps or similar methods to provide fixing measures at the four corners of the flexible part).

F. The above are common unqualified items.
