The European Union's latest elevator instruction 2014/33/EU

The European Union's latest elevator instruction is 2014/33/EU. The elevators contained in the instructions are only manned and loaded. It excludes pure cargo ladder (not manned) and humanoid ladder.

Since September 2017, the standards for the enforcement of elevators are: EN81-20&50. means that all elevators installed in Europe must meet the above standards starting from the specified date.

The CE certification of elevator instructions includes the following authentication modes:

B mode (type experiment)
D mode (production quality control)
E model (product quality control)
F mode (final test)
G model (single elevator test)
H1 model (total quality control)

When manufacturers are certified, they usually need to choose the following patterns:

B+D
B+E
B+F
B+G
H mode

In the B type experiment, the manufacturer needs to prepare an installed elevator, such as an electric elevator. Technical information includes (drawings, user manuals, maintenance manuals, etc.)

D and E mode need to check the quality control system of the manufacturer.
F and G mode for single elevator inspection.
The H mode is valid for one year, and annual audits are conducted.

At the time of authentication, the customer also needs to prepare a complete technical file, which contains more detailed requirements.
