In March 2018, China Quality Certification Center revised the CQC13-036047-2009 non metal material and its parts and components performance safety certification rules and CQC13-471301-2018 printed circuit board performance safety certification rules. The main revisions are as follows: GB/T 5169.11-2017 instead of GB/T 5169.11-2006, GB/T 5169.16-2017 instead of GB/T 5169.16-2008, GB/T 5169.17-2017 instead of GB/T 5169.17-2008.

1. From the date of the announcement to June 30, 2018, the applicant may voluntarily choose to apply for the certification in accordance with the new standard or the old standard. Since July 1, 2018, the new edition of the standard should be adopted and the new standard certificate of certification should be issued.



Two. For non-metallic materials and their parts and components which have acquired voluntary certification certificate according to the old version standard, the old version standard certification holder should submit the application of the new version standard certification certificate before the new version of the standard and the next tracking check, and complete the new version of the product confirmation worker according to the requirements of the new edition. Make a new version of the standard certificate. The old version of the standard certification certificate conversion work should be completed before July 1, 2019, overdue the conversion of the certificate, CQC will be suspended; before October 1, 2019 before the completion of the certificate conversion work, the old version of the standard certificate will be revoked.



Three, there is no need for certificate conversion for the licensed products that have been manufactured, put on the market and are no longer produced before July 1, 2018.

Old version certificate



- copy of the applicant's business license



- Standard Replacement application form.
