Recently, the General Administration of Market Supervision announced the results of the national supervision and spot check on the quality of 37 products such as air purifiers, range hoods, and electric ovens in 2020. Among them, 463 batches of products were detected as unqualified, and the unqualified detection rate was 9.7%. The random inspection products involved many types of household appliances, including liquid crystal displays, range hoods, household electric washing machines, electric ovens and baking appliances, refrigerators, heat pump water heaters (appliances), air purifiers, massage appliances and smart toilets.

Now it is the peak season for home appliance products. Consumers often choose to add a few home appliances to their homes at this time. For this reason, I suggest that you should pay attention to the following points when purchasing home appliances:

1.3C certification mark

In order to ensure that the safety of the product meets the national compulsory certification requirements, you should choose products with the CCC certification mark when buying home appliances. Do not buy three-no products for cheap. At the same time, pay attention to the three-guarantee policy for home appliances.

2. Focus on product quality and after-sales service

When buying home appliances, pay attention to buying products from manufacturers with guaranteed quality and after-sales service. Consumers can take the lead in considering large-brand home appliances when purchasing. Generally speaking, compared with smaller brands, big brands The products are more perfect in terms of product quality and after-sales service. Be careful not to buy products that have no name, site, or shoddy products.

3. Keep the product purchase certificate

Before purchasing household electrical appliances, you can request a trial to check whether the household electrical appliances have quality, use, etc. problems, to ensure that you only buy them when there are no problems, and keep the proof of purchase and after-sales warranty in the later period to protect your rights.

4. Don't be greedy for cheap, buy according to the needs of use

Buying home appliances for cheap is a mistake that many consumers make easily. Remember, try not to use product promotion as a criterion for purchase restrictions, and just buy according to actual usage needs.
