PSE certification introduction:

PSE certification is a compulsory safety certification in Japan. It is used to prove that electrical and electronic products have passed the safety standards tests of the DENAN Law or international IEC standards. Japan's DENTORL Law (Electrical Device and Material Control Law) stipulates that 498 products must pass the safety certification to enter the Japanese market. Among them, 165 kinds of Class A products should obtain the diamond-shaped PSE mark, and 333 kinds of Class B products should obtain the round PSE mark.

Precautions for sample preparation:

1) Wire sample printing: simply print wire specifications, such as VFF2x0.75 mm2

2) Insulation thickness: The average thickness should be more than 90% of the standard value, and the thinnest point at any point should also be more than 80% of the standard value.

For example, the standard value of VFF insulation thickness is 0.8mm, the average thickness is above 0.72mm, and the thinnest point is above 0.64mm; the standard value of VCTF insulation thickness is 0.6mm, the average thickness is above 0.54mm, and the thinnest point is above 0.48mm

3) Sheath protection: the average thickness should be above 90% of the standard value, and the thinnest point at any point should also be above 70% of the standard value.

For example, the standard value of VCTF sheath thickness is 1.0mm, the average thickness is above 0.90mm, and the thinnest point is above 0.70mm

2) The material between the two plugs of the finished plug needs to pass the PTI 400V test, and care should be taken in selecting materials.
