TISI stands for Thailand Industrial Standards Institute Ministry of Industry, which is an industrial standards association established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of Thailand in 1969. The task of TISI is to implement national standardization to promote, support, and develop acceptable domestic product quality; And to enhance the competitiveness of Thai industry in the global market, protect the environment, safeguard consumers in terms of fairness, life and property safety, and supervise conformity assessment agencies. All products exported to Thailand must comply with TIS certification standards.
2、Certification Mark:
Thailand's TISI certification is also divided into mandatory and voluntary certification.

3、 Scope of Certification:
The scope of mandatory certified products includes: chemical products, plastic products, rubber products, coatings and insulating varnish products, mechanical equipment, locomotive products (including various components), fire protection products (such as fire extinguishers), electrical products, medical products, consumer products, cement, tiles, and building materials.
Among them, the mandatory certification product categories for electronic and electrical products (23 categories) can be referenced as follows:
1. Plugs and sockets with a rated voltage not exceeding 250V

3. Household and Fixed-Installation Switches - General Provisions
4. Residual Current Operated Circuit Breakers with Overcurrent Protection (RCBOs) for Household and Similar Uses

4、TISI certification program:
TISI Certification Program - Core Elements:
1. The applicant must be a Thai company;
TISI is only the issuing authority, and testing is conducted in TISI authorized laboratories;
3. Product testing must be conducted in a laboratory in Thailand, as there are currently no overseas laboratories available for testing;
4. The factory inspection will be conducted by TISI assigning Thai inspectors to China for review;
5. TISI certificate remains valid due to supervision and inspection.
The TISI certification cycle is approximately 3 months.
TISI's factory inspection requirements will focus on the incoming materials, process, factory inspection requirements, and actual operation of products. There are requirements for controlling non-conforming products, corrective and preventive measures, customer complaints, and control of testing equipment. Generally, TISI will assign an inspector to conduct on-site inspections.
As a CNAS laboratory, Saida Testing will provide the following services to enterprises:
1. Guide the filling out of TISI application materials;
2. Conduct product pre testing according to TISI standard requirements;
3. Assist the factory in establishing system requirements and jury services in accordance with TISI factory review requirements;
4. If the enterprise currently does not have a Thai importer, it will assist the enterprise in finding a suitable importer.
