I certification process
1. The project can be formally implemented only after the quotation and contract are confirmed and signed by both parties;
2. Your company needs to provide a series of documents, including: product function and feature description, series product difference description, circuit diagram, mechanical drawing, hydraulic circuit diagram, calculation sheet, manual, model list, difference, etc.;
3. Our company’s engineers enter the factory for basic concept training of CE certification, introduce relevant product safety directives and product safety standards, and explain the requirements of relevant product safety directives and product safety standards; our company will provide standards for free;
4. Carry out product safety assessments on your company's existing products. Our engineers actually check the products according to the basic health and safety requirements of relevant directives and relevant product safety standards, put forward suggestions for amendments to your company's products, and write improvement reports on the results;
5. Product risk assessment and countermeasure report, write product risk assessment and countermeasure report according to EN1050;
6. Conduct technical exchanges with your company's technical staff, confirm the product improvement direction and discuss practical improvement plans;
7. Review your company’s existing technical data, point out the discrepancies with the CE certification requirements, and assist your factory’s engineers to understand how to rectify the technical data;
8. Your company prepares the certification prototype and organizes and revises the data. Our engineers will assist and guide the whole process;
9. The certification prototype and materials are ready:
-Our engineers perform relevant tests on the factory site: mechanical safety structure inspection, electrical safety test, noise test
-Our engineer will make the final confirmation of the certified prototype, confirm the safety and compliance of the machine, take a photo and save it, and submit it to the certification body;
10. Our engineers have completed the editing and writing of the CE safety technical document (TCF), which includes: product function and feature description, series product difference description, quality assurance system description, CE conformity declaration, applicable directives and standard descriptions, Sorting out test reports, checking report on compliance with basic health and safety requirements of Machinery Directive, product risk assessment and countermeasure report, and checking report on compliance with relevant product safety standards;
11. Assist in the establishment of a correct and complete CE declaration of conformity;
12. The product has passed the certification and obtained the certificate;
13. Instruct to paste the CE mark.
II About key components
1. Some major electrical components purchased need to provide CE certificates: such as motors, transformers, controllers/inverters, power isolation switches, emergency stop devices, buttons/selectors, limit switches, detection devices, circuit breakers, electromagnetics Switches, relays, indicator lights... etc. For some special electrical parts, it is impossible to provide a certificate, and a test report can be provided instead (the test needs to be in accordance with European standards, and the test needs to be carried out in a laboratory accredited by CNAL-our company can provide this information)
2. For some mechanical parts (such as ropes, rotation limiters, etc.), CE certificates are generally not required. The directive has stipulated that mechanical parts are part of the entire machine, so only the corresponding form tests are required. , This test is completed by our company. After the test is completed, the test report can be written and submitted to the certification body.
III Work that your company needs to cooperate with
The CE certification process is more complicated, which involves many technical aspects, and requires the cooperation of the factory's internal engineers to complete it. The following work needs to be coordinated:
1. Dispatch mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, drawing engineers, and operation manual producers to participate in the course training.
2. Study and understand relevant EU safety standards.
3. Improve the machine with reference to the improvement report and relevant EU safety standards.
4. Prepare and organize the basic technical information required for CE certification
5. Cooperate with our engineers for product testing
IV Basic technical data required for CE certification of industrial machinery
The following are the basic technical data required for CE certification. At that time, our engineers will explain the EU's regulations on the format and content of the following data, and will guide your factory to edit and organize these basic technical data.
□ Series product difference comparison data
□ Main function description of series products
□ Specification sheet
□ Illustration of the main parts of the machine
□ Appearance size chart
□ Installation/operation space/operator location map
□ Safety device description diagram
□ Circuit diagram/electrical component table
□ Hydraulic circuit diagram/hydraulic component table (if there is no such structure, do not consider this item)
□ Air pressure circuit diagram / air pressure component table (if there is no such structure, do not consider this item)
□ Safety-related components/structure data (parts and components CE certificate)
□ Operation manual
