3. The definition scope of the adapter that needs to be certified by 3C:

It is widely used in security cameras, set-top boxes, routers, light bars, massagers and other equipment. Adapters that meet the following conditions need to be certified by CCC.
 
1. Power adapter (type 0807) for audio and video equipment: equipment that connects the AC power supply to audio and video products and has voltage conversion functions, including power supply properties and electrical parameter conversion. The power adapter (including charger / discharger) for audio and video equipment does not include a charger designed to charge dry batteries.
 
2. Built-in computer power supply and power adapter charger (category 0907): suitable for power supplies installed in computers or servers with rated power below 1300W. Such as: computer / server machine power supply (with or without machine casing).
 
Information technology equipment supporting the AC power supply and information technology products, equipment with voltage conversion function, including power supply properties and electrical parameter conversion. Power adapters (including chargers / dischargers) for information technology equipment, excluding chargers designed to charge dry batteries.
