The relevant situation is announced as follows:
This time, a total of 183 audio equipment products produced by 173 companies have been inspected and randomized, involving 8 cities in our province including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, and Beijing, Shandong, Zhejiang, etc. Provinces and cities. After inspection, 32 products produced by 31 enterprises were found to be unqualified. The unqualified items mainly include: "marks and instructions", "structural requirements for protection against electric shock", "risk of electric shock under normal working conditions", "clearance and creepage distance", "terminals", "external cords", and "disturbance voltage at the power supply" "Harassment power" and other items.
(1) Marks and instructions: 23 products were unqualified in this random inspection. Marks and instructions are to check whether the product has complete product information and necessary safety guidelines, and the mark on the product should be durable, understandable and easy to identify. Correctly standardized signs and instructions are the basis for ensuring the safe use of products and are indispensable.
(2) Structural requirements for protection against electric shock: 5 products were unqualified in this spot check. This project requires that adequate and reliable protection should be provided for higher voltages that may appear on components that can be touched or operated, and such components should be grounded or provided with sufficient insulation. If the project is unqualified, it is easy to cause electric shock and endanger life safety.
(3) Electric shock hazard under normal working conditions: 2 products were unqualified in this spot check. This item is unqualified, which may cause electric shock.
(4) Electric clearance and creepage distance: 4 products were unqualified in this spot check. If this item is unqualified, it is easy to cause a short circuit inside the equipment or cause electric shock to personnel.
(5) Terminals: 5 products were unqualified in this spot check. This project mainly checks whether the specifications of product plugs and sockets meet the standard requirements, whether the protective grounding measures are safe and reliable, and whether the specifications and dimensions and mechanical strength of the device integrated with the power plug meet the standard requirements. The specifications of the plugs and sockets do not meet the standard requirements. Poor contact between the plug and the socket may cause a fire or the exposed pins of the plug may cause electric shock. Unreliable protective grounding measures may also cause ground failure and cause electric shock.
(6) External flexible cord: 2 products were unqualified in this spot check. This project mainly checks the quality and installation of the external cord of the product, and assesses the insulation, overcurrent capability of the external cord, and its ability to withstand bending and other mechanical stresses that may occur during expected use. The cross-sectional area of the external flexible cord is too small and the current capacity is insufficient, which may cause a fire due to overload. If the external flexible cord is not reliably fixed, it may fall off when subjected to a certain external thrust or tension, causing electric shock hazards.

This item is unqualified, and other electronic products in this electromagnetic environment may malfunction, fail to turn on, fail to communicate, damage or even burn.
