1. CCC certification

Product name: PVC insulated non-sheathed wire and cable

Applicable standard: GB/T 5023.3-2008/IEC60227-3:1997

Common applications for RV wires and cables are:
1. General purpose single-core soft conductor non-sheathed cable
Model: 60227 IEC 02(RV)
Rated voltage: 450/750V
Specification range: 1.5-240mm2

2. Single-core soft conductor non-sheathed cable with conductor temperature of 70℃ for internal wiring. Model: 60227 IEC 06(RV) Rated voltage: 300/500V Specification range: 0.5-1.0mm2

3. Single-core soft conductor non-sheathed cable with conductor temperature of 90℃ for internal wiring. Model: 60227 IEC 08 (RV-90) Rated voltage: 300/500V Specification range: 0.5-2.5mm2

Certification process:
Certification application→type test→factory inspection→certificate issuance

Precautions:
1. The number of conductor cores of the above three models is 1 core, and the fifth type of soft conductor is required.
2. The above three models can be combined into one unit for CCC certification.

Applicable standards:
DIN EN 50525-2-31 (VDE 0285-525-2-31): 2012-01
EN 50525-2-31:2011

The scope of application is:
1. H07V-K 1.5-240mm2, rated voltage: 450/750V
2. H05V-K 0.5-1.0mm2, rated voltage: 300/500V

Certification process:
Certification application→type test→factory inspection→certificate issuance

Precautions:
