1. Determine the response frequency of the tweeter and bass speaker; for example, the tweeter contains 1kHz, and the bass response frequency contains 100Hz;
2. Then at the same time input the sine wave signal of the combined signal (1kHz+100Hz) from the signal input port, adjust the volume knob, and use the oscilloscope to monitor the maximum undistorted waveform on the tweeter and woofer to catch the first distortion in the tweeter and woofer Then record the maximum non-distortion state of the whole machine with the maximum non-distortion of the first distorted speaker, and record the effective value of the speaker voltage of the high and low speakers at this time (alternative method: use sine wave: at this time, you can pass the high and low speakers The maximum undistorted voltage RMS value is used to calculate the 1/8 RMS voltage of each speaker);
3. According to the 1/8 RMS voltage measured by the speaker at point (2), replace the sine wave signal input of the combined signal (1kHz+100Hz) with pink noise, and adjust the pink noise to make the RMS voltage on the high and low speakers reach the first (2) Point the 1/8 RMS voltage tested by the speaker, and then perform the normal input test and temperature rise test.
